An eight-year-old young lady, who was resting outside her home alongside her relatives, was kidnapped and assaulted in external Delhi's Aman Vihar territory a week ago.
Police have confined a nearby youth, who was caught on a CCTV camera introduced in a bylane close to the casualty's home, as he took the young lady away.
