[What we'll do is, I think we will have some dedication benefits first in Ilocos Norte before we acquire him here Manila, before we cover him at the Libingan ng mga Bayani. It would be extremely basic, with regards to the season of President Duterte.]

What's more, in the long run, 'yung the previous evening, without a doubt, sa Batac, bago namin dalhin sa Maynila, at a young hour in the morning."
[The Ilocanos, they need to say farewell to their leader before he is conveyed to Manila. Perhaps a memoria benefit first in Sarrat on the grounds that it's his origination, possibly in Paoay in light of the fact that that is the place he lived. Furthermore, in the long run, the most recent night without a doubt is in Batac before we convey him to Manila at a young hour in the morning.]
